Shipping policy

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

– Free postage Australia wide on all work boot and workwear purchases over $99
– $12.95 charge for lower value orders
– Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm 
– Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a transit time of 1 – 5 days depending on your location.
– Express Post is available for $14.95 and transit time is 1-3 days depending on your location.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We send all of our orders out with Australia Post with signature on delivery. This is because they cover 100% of Australian residence plus have the added bonus delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers and click and collect. If you’re not at home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post office for collection. A card, e-mail or text message will be left with further information.

If you do not wish to have to sign for your delivery and would rather it be left at your door please call us once you place your order and we can send your parcel out with no signature required.
You will also be given the option to have your parcel left on your door in the tracking e-mail which is sent by Australia Post. Simply click on “Safe Drop” within this e-mail and the request will be sent through.
The driver will only leave your parcel if there is a safe place to do so which is also out of the weather. Wide Load does not take any responsibility for parcels that are not signed for upon delivery.

Please know that Australia Post does not send to construction sites.

PARCEL TRACKING:

Every order will be provided with a tracking number via email by 4pm on the day of dispatch. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated date of arrival and also be kept up to date by text message or email.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

FREE SHIPPING – 1 to 5 days transit time:
We offer free standard post on all boot purchases. We do not offer free postage on accessories but we keep it at the low cost of $7.00. If you add a pair of insoles or an accessory along with boot purchase postage remains free. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING – 1 to 3 days transit time:
We offer our customers an option of Express post for $14.95. Most suburbs across Australia do fall into Australia Post’s overnight delivery network.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are working on shipping to more countries. If you do not see your country listed as an option, please contact us and we will provide a secure link to place your order along with a shipping quote. Please also be aware that we do not cover any VAT or import costs. Please understand your countries policy's before proceeding. 

USA - With the implementation of new tariffs on China-made footwear, we are working on an option for customers to pre-pay their tariffs. In the meantime, please contact us for a shipping quote.

UNITED KINGDOM - In the UK, imported goods are subject to import VAT and customs duties based on the order value. Please note that we do not cover these costs, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and allow for them before ordering. Any returned orders will be refunded minus shipping charges.

NEW ZEALAND - New Zealand customers can visit Wide Load NZ to view the range and order online.

FREE TRANSIT COVER:

We protect your purchase until it reaches your door. If and in the rare situation, Australia post misplace your item, we will simply lodge a quick investigation with Australia post to try and locate your parcel.
Please allow one week for an investigation to finish. If your item has been lost, we will send you out a new pair. Please note, transit cover is only offered on parcel with signature upon delivery.
