Wide Load offers different options designed to suit your needs:

Worksite safety – Choose from our Steel Toe or Composite Toe safety boots, both certified to Australian Standards for maximum protection.

Lifestyle comfort – Our Soft Toe range is perfect for everyday wear, jobs around the house, or weekend adventures.

Height & access – Pick between zip + lace for easy on/off, or lace-only for a more secure fit.

Environment – Need waterproof protection or a heat-resistant sole? Each product page lists the key features to help you decide.

All Wide Load boots are built on our signature 6E extra-wide fit - up to 15mm wider and 8mm deeper than standard brands - giving your toes room to move naturally.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing Tip 
Many Wide Load customers are used to sizing up in other work boot brands to gain extra width. Since Wide Load boots are significantly wider than standard brands, you may need to consider going back down to your size for the length of your foot.

When will my order arrive?

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
– We offer free postage Australia wide on all work boot and workwear purchases over $99
– For lower value orders we charge a flat rate of $7 for accessories and $12.95 for everything else.
– Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm 
– We send your parcel with Australia Post with a transit time of 1 – 5 days depending on your location.
– Express Post is available for $14.95 and transit time is 1-3 days depending on your location.

Can I swap my boots if they aren't right?

Yes of course! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
