Return Policy
We offer FREE returns within Australia and a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from delivery to try your footwear on at home (on a carpeted surface) and request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to fill in the Returns Form and include this in your return package. If the footwear are returned worn, a shipping cost of $50 will be charged and the footwear will be returned.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

International Returns
Orders shipped internationally are welcome to follow our standard return process. However, return shipping and any re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like an estimate of return shipping costs from your location, please contact us prior to placing your order. We’re also happy to assist with sizing guidance to help minimise the need for a return.
Exchanges
In a rush? We suggest placing a new order for your correct size and return your original order for a full refund. Free returns still apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
In the unlikely event of a fault within 6 months, please email images of the issue to info@wideloadfootwear.com.au, along with your order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items on sale. An exchange for a sale item is fine but no refunds.
